Fill from text
Paste what you already wrote about your server somewhere else – a forum post, another listing or a Discord announcement. We pick out the game, address, name, pitch, description, links, languages and categories and fill them in for you. Nothing is saved until you save the form.
Filling the form from text works once you are logged in. Log in
Players cannot join across editions, so this is a hard filter – and it decides which address fields this tab asks for. Changing it redraws the form.
This looks like a numeric IP. A raw address like this is hard to remember and easy to mistype - once this listing is saved, you can claim a free %2.voxelrank.com alias that forwards to it, at no cost.
Check the address
We ping it from here, the same way a player's client would. A listing whose address does not answer wastes everyone's time – yours most of all.
You can save first and check afterwards – the listing simply shows as offline until the ping succeeds.
Where the machine is, not where you are – it decides who gets a good ping.
Instead of the location above, always show whatever our last check actually detected - handy if you don't want to remember to update this by hand after a migration.
Optional, and only used for the United States right now – narrows the estimated-ping guess from "United States" down to where the server actually is. Leave blank to keep the country-level estimate.
Add the server first. Once we've checked its connection (usually within a few minutes), come back here and AI can draft this from the real data.
Nothing here yet. Write it yourself, or press Translate to draft it from the English version.
To add a language, tick it under .Only the languages your server says it speaks show up here. To add one, tick it under Start → Languages spoken.
Already the right shape (468×60), so there is nothing to frame. This image is already the right shape (468×60), so it fills the banner exactly. There is nothing to frame.
Position changes nothing for this image.Position only moves the image up or down. With this image and this framing there is no room to move it, so it changes nothing. To choose exactly what shows, upload the file again and crop it.
Animated PNG files skip the crop editor, because cropping would keep only one frame. Fit them with the options above, or upload the animation as a GIF or WebP to crop it.
Be specific. "Rewards!" converts far worse than naming the reward.
Extra votes past this still earn the reward – they just do not count toward your ranking. Raise it if your players share a household or a school network.
No Votifier, or can't open a port? Easier: the VoxelRank plugin
Paste the API key and set the rewards in the plugin's config. No port needed.
No open port and no Votifier needed: install the plugin, paste this server's API key and set the rewards in its config. It works behind a proxy or on any port, and catches up on votes missed while the server was offline. Votifier below still works if you prefer it.
The welcome gift for new players is set up on the tab. There is a second reward, separate from voting: a one-off welcome gift for players who found you here. It is configured in the companion plugin, so it lives on the Plugin tab.
Instead of the tags above, always show whatever our last check actually detected from your listing and your own website - handy if you don't want to remember to update this by hand.
The vanilla server.properties setting. Leave it not stated if you are not sure.
Separate from the setting above – this is your judgement of how rough an average evening is, taking plugins, PvP and the community into account. A Hard-mode server can still be gentle.
Giveaways, tournaments, PvP nights - whatever counts as an event for your server.
Comma-separated list of the plugins your server runs, e.g. EssentialsX, LuckPerms, WorldGuard. Shown on your listing's FAQ section.
How far the world border reaches from spawn, in blocks – the same distance you would see the wall at in-game. That's half the diameter /worldborder set or get shows, so divide that number by two. A plain number – players filter on a range ("at least 10k"), so a description like "10k x 10k" cannot be searched. Leave empty if there is no border.
Players see these dates on your listing. Keep the next wipe current.A returning player checks two things: how old the world is and when it next resets. Dates here are shown as "wiped 12 days ago" on the listing, and a next-wipe date in the past is flagged rather than hidden – keep it current.
What is different about the current season – rates, map, ruleset. Shown next to the wipe dates.
These settings need the companion plugin. It is one jar and one line of config.

Vote rewards do not need this plugin. Any Votifier or NuVotifier you already run works: set it up on the tab.
For your players: the in-game server browser, and automatic rewards the moment they vote.
For you: live telemetry, and one-click transfers between your own servers.
- Download VotingSite-1.3.0.jar (208 KB, Paper 1.21+, Java 21) and drop it into

Advanced – how this listing looks in the in-game browser
Only used by the /serverlist menu the plugin adds, where each server is an item in an inventory. Safe to ignore – you get a sensible default.
A Bukkit material name. Defaults to a grass block if empty or misspelled.
A player name or a base64 texture. Wins over the item when both are set.
