We are a small team and we answer e-mail in office hours, European time. A postal address for formal notices is available on request from hello@voxelrank.com.
Things that are faster than e-mail#
- A bad listing · use the Report button on the server's page. It goes straight into the moderation queue with the listing attached, which saves a round of "which server do you mean?".
- Editing your own server · everything except the address is editable from your dashboard.
- Votes not arriving in-game · check the Votifier settings on your edit page and the unclaimed-votes endpoint in the API docs before writing to us.
- Cookie choices · change them yourself at /cookies/consent.
What to include#
To get a useful answer on the first reply, include: the URL of the page or listing, your account username, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the time it happened. For payment questions add the Tebex transaction reference. For data requests, write from the e-mail address on the account.
Please do not send passwords, Votifier private keys or API keys by e-mail. We never ask for them.
