The agreement#

By using VoxelRank · browsing, voting, registering or listing a server · you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of a company or a server team, you confirm you may bind them.

You must be at least 13, or older where your country requires it, to hold an account.

Accounts#

• Give a working e-mail address and keep your password to yourself. Everything done through your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. Extra accounts created to inflate votes or dodge a ban will all be removed.
• Tell us at hello@voxelrank.com if you think someone else got into your account.
• You can delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

Rules for listed servers#

You may only list a server you own or are authorised to represent. Your listing must be accurate and stay accurate. Specifically, do not:

• Fake or inflate player counts, votes, reviews or uptime, by any means.
• Use screenshots, descriptions, banners, trailers or builds that are not yours to use.
• Impersonate another server, network or brand, or register a confusingly similar name.
• Advertise content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate speech, malware, phishing, or real-money gambling aimed at minors.
• Promise rewards for votes or purchases that you do not deliver.
• Point the listing at an address that redirects visitors somewhere unrelated.

Servers offering paid advantages must be honest about it in the description. Anyone can flag a listing that breaks these rules with the Report form on the server page; we review reports by hand.

Voting#

One vote per server per 24 hours, per person and per IP address. Do not use bots, scripts, proxies, VPN farms, paid vote services or any other trick to cast votes you did not cast yourself. Do not offer real-money rewards for votes.

We can and do remove votes we believe are fraudulent, without notice and without owing an explanation that would just teach the next cheat how to hide. Persistent vote fraud gets the server delisted and the accounts banned. Rankings, badges and vote counters are provided as-is and may be recalculated at any time.

Content you post#

You keep ownership of your descriptions, banners, screenshots, updates and reviews. By posting them here you grant VoxelRank a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and distribute them for the purpose of running and promoting the listing, for as long as the content is on the site.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or link. Reviews must be your own honest experience - paid, traded or self-written reviews will be removed.

We may remove or edit content that breaks these terms, the law, or that is simply broken (dead links, empty listings).

Premium listings, sponsor slots and payments#

Premium tiers and sponsor slots are optional paid placements. They change placement and styling only: where a listing appears on a page, how its row is highlighted, which badges it carries. They apply no ranking boost of any kind · paid listings cannot invent votes, cannot be weighted, and cannot overtake a server that more people voted for.

• Payments are planned to be processed by Tebex as merchant of record. Their checkout terms and privacy notice apply to the transaction itself.
• Prices are shown in USD and may exclude local VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
• Premium runs for the period you bought and does not auto-renew unless the checkout says so.
• Consumers in the EU/UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because a premium slot goes live immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that performance starts at once, which ends that right once the benefit has been supplied. Anything not yet supplied is refunded pro rata.
• If we suspend your listing for breaking these terms, unused paid time is not refunded.
• Sponsor auction bids are commitments for the week they were placed for. Bids can be raised, not lowered. A standing maximum bids on your behalf each week at the lowest amount that holds the slot, never above the maximum you set, and can be changed or cancelled at any time.

Availability and accuracy#

VoxelRank is provided "as is" and "as available". Player counts and uptime figures come from automated pings and can be wrong, stale or missing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, pause or retire features · including the API, banners and vote delivery · with reasonable notice where we can give it.

We do not run, moderate or vouch for any listed server. What happens on a server, including purchases you make there, is between you and its operator.

Suspension and termination#

We may suspend or remove a listing or an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk. Where it is safe and lawful to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. You can close your account at any time, for any reason.

Liability#

To the fullest extent the law allows, VoxelRank is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost players, lost votes or lost data arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 EUR.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited · including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes#

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of VoxelRank is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

Changes to these terms#

We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced on the site at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use VoxelRank after they take effect means you accept them; if you do not, close your account before then.

Trademarks and affiliation#

VoxelRank is an independent, community-run listing site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Mojang Studios, Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any other publisher, developer or rights holder of a game listed here. All game names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the servers being listed.
