Copy the server IP from its listing with the copy button, open CS2, add the address in the multiplayer/server browser and connect.
What does voting do?
Voting pushes a server up this month's ranking and usually pays you a reward in-game · most listings show exactly what you get. You can vote once every 24 hours per server.
How is the ranking calculated?
Servers are ordered by votes received in the current calendar month, which resets on the 1st. Sponsor slots and premium plans buy visibility, never rank · they apply no boost of any kind, and every listing is ranked by votes alone.
