How do I join a server in DayZ?
Copy the address from the server's listing. 1. Open the DayZ Launcher – Click Play on DayZ in Steam. The launcher opens before the game does. 2. Use Direct Connect – Open the "Servers" tab and click "Direct Connect". 3. Enter the IP and port – Paste the IP and the port into their own boxes and click "Connect". If the server uses mods, the launcher offers to download them. 4. On Xbox or PlayStation – Open the server browser in the game and search for the server name.
How does voting for DayZ servers work?
Voting pushes a server up this month's ranking. Some servers also give you an in-game reward for it, and their listings say what it is. You can vote once every 24 hours per server. On the vote page you can sign in with Steam, so a server that gives vote rewards can find you by your SteamID. Or just type your in-game name.
How is the ranking calculated?
Servers are ordered by votes received in the current calendar month, which resets on the 1st. Sponsor slots and premium plans buy visibility, never rank – they apply no boost of any kind, and every listing is ranked by votes alone.
Are these Thailand servers free to play on?
Yes – every server listed here is free to join. Some sell optional cosmetic or convenience perks on their own store; look for the tags and reviews on each listing.
