Every listing on this page reports 1.20 as its version. Many accept a span of client versions as well · each listing shows its own minimum and maximum where the owner filled them in, so check before you update.

Copy the server IP from its listing with the copy button, open Minecraft, add the address in the multiplayer/server browser and connect. Bedrock and Eaglercraft entries show their own address where they differ.
