Yes. Every server on this page runs in offline mode · what players call cracked · so it never checks your username against Mojang and any launcher can connect. Owners declare it here, and our own pinger rechecks once a day what the server itself reports, so the flag is more than a claim.

Copy the server IP from its listing with the copy button, open Minecraft, add the address in the multiplayer/server browser and connect. Bedrock and Eaglercraft entries show their own address where they differ.
